Age groups will follow the 2022 OLA age groupings.

U9 & U11 will play 3v3 on a shortened floor with on ball stick checking. Format will be 15 minutes of coach led development followed by three 15 minute mini games.

U13 & U15 will play 4v4 full floor with on ball stick checking. Format will be 20 minutes of coach led development followed by two 20 minute periods.

15+ will play 4v4 full floor with on ball contact. Format will be 5 minute warm up and four 12 minute periods.

Girls will play 4v4 full floor with on ball stick checking. Format will be 20 minutes of coach led development followed by two 20 minute periods. *Note should there be enough interest, multiple age groups will be created.

Similar to during our 1.0 and 2.0 season’s all teams will have dedicated coaches and all games will have an official.

All games will be played at the Carleton University Fieldhouse

ScheduleNovember 21, 28 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM, December 19 January 2, 9,16 3 PM – 6 PM.  Games will take place between the hours listed above, a more detailed schedule will be released once registration is completed.

Refunds

Requests to withdraw and receive a full refund must be received in writing one week in advance of the beginning of programming.
After two weeks of programming have elapsed refund requests will be subject to an administration fee and not exceed 75% of the sign up cost.
Following two weeks of programming no refunds for registration will be issued.

Cost

Early Bird registration until October 24th is $165. Regular registration until November 15th is $190. All players are required to purchase a Powell Lacrosse pinnie for $20.

Our Mission

The goal of this program is to improve players lacrosse IQ, footwork, stick skills and foster a passion for the sport. The league is to instill respect for the sport, your teammates, and your opponent. The competition is to be the best version of yourself and enjoy it. Core values of the NCLL winter program are Passion, Respect, and Competition. Poor behaviour, disrespect and poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. Officials will be encouraged to enforce the rules and keep respect and sportsmanship in check.
